I suggest using an app called doubletwist.

Although the android app isn't necessary it makes syncing go a little more smooth

I use iTunes currently since I have an iPod Touch, and and an Android phone. I personally use iSyncr which requires either a Mac OS, or Windows PC which is likely if you have iTunes, and an app on the phone.



Once you get the app, have it set up to use your SD card. You could also get the Wifi addition, but this is not a good option with a large synchronization. If you have an SD card reader, and an SD adapter, this will be the fastest way for large syncs. If you do not have an SD card reader, consider a micro-SD to USB adapter.
