What are good alternatives to the ipod touch 4g?

I cant get a smart phone cuz of the data plans and tablets are 500+, ive already seen the playstation vita and galaxy player 4.0, and im very interested in them, but is there anything else thats equivalent to the ipod touch? The reason i dont like the ipod touch is the small screen, fixed memory and the itunes leash. i have 350$ to spend.What are good alternatives to the ipod touch 4g?

Augmented reality (which the other 2 don't have)

Game pad (to help out with game which the other only use touch screen and gyroscope)

sixaxis gyroscope (which other 2 only have gyroscope)

Better looking media player (from leak screen shots)

Camera with mic (to chat while play or just chat with people. Able to take pics and video)

Online multiplayer (which the other 2 don't have)

Apps (some might be ported from iTunes and andriod)

you choose the memory size (because it use memory card)

Better gameplay and better graphics near ps3 level.
