What is the best program to Jailbreak your ipodtouch 4G?

Hi i was just wondering because I wanted to jailbreak my iPodtouch but wasn't sure which program I should use- does it matter what version it is- i think mine is 4.3 or something - And also what are the top ten apps in Cydia that I should get do you reckon?What is the best program to Jailbreak your ipodtouch 4G?

top 10 cydia, im not sure for 4.3, im still using 4.0 on an ipod touch 3g and havent really kept up on it that much. also it will be different for iphone vs ipod since you cant use phone features.

must haves (not in any order):
-SBsettings (all around best app/tewak, lets you do alot)
-Snes-9x (snes emulator)
-gridlock (lets you put any app icon any where, it doesnt make them follow the normal pattern)
-ifile (lets you access the whole iphone/ipod file system from your device, and make changes)
-afc2ad / openssh (need to accessing your iphone/ipod files on your computer)
-winterboard (if you want to deck it out in custom themes)

Other cool things:
-barrel (cool page transitions)

Now i tried searching best 2011 iphone cydia apps/tweaks and these are other things people recommend:

-graviboard (puts gravity effects on your app icons, it seems to be VERY popular. i think its completely useless lol, for a little while it could be fun to mess with, but i think its dumb)
-infinidock (lets you have infinite things on your dock, with ability to scroll your dock)
-infiniboard (allows you to scroll your springboard vertical)
-sbrotator + lsrotator (allows you to have your springboard/lock screen be set up for your ipod when horizontal)
-smoothboard (make transitition between springboard pages smooth instead of like snapping to them)



After getting afc2add you can use http://www.i-funbox.com/ on your computer. It lets you access your entire idevice file system on the computer.
