I have an IPod touch 3g.And you know that the background is completely Black..And for the IPod touch 4g the backround is the water droplets?How do i get that without using springboard?I have cydia :D...so is their anything form cydia i can get?

well from cydia you can download winterboard and then search for winterboard themes that are or are similiar to the water droplets, or you could choose a background and personal theme completely different.
