Is there any cons to jailbreaking your iPod touch 4g?

I'm considering jailbreaking my iPod touch 4g, but first I want to know the cons to it. What are the cons? I am using limera1n by the way.Is there any cons to jailbreaking your iPod touch 4g?
Pros: free apps (illegal though), jailbreaking itself is fine and getting cydia apps is fine, just copyright is illegal.,, cool themes, cool boot logos springboard enhances... Loads of extras, back up ur ipod so if it goes wrong, u can restore. Cons: warranty is gone, may slow down a tiny bit, some cydia apps are payed ones, sometimes crashes and puts into safe mode (rarely though), cant update jailbroken apps through app store, only installous. Overall i think you should jailbreak.Is there any cons to jailbreaking your iPod touch 4g?
your warranty is null and void. although not quite sure about that, its only a software hack (right?), and if you just put the old firmware back on it when you break it (assuming still in operational condition), they shouldn't be able to tell if you did do that or not.
