How Do You Disconnect An iPod Nano 4G Correctly In iTunes?

When you press eject on iTunes, do you pull the wire out of the iPod when the white bar thing on the iPod is still moving, or do you wait until it disappears?

You are supposed to wait until it disappears.



You aren't going to damage it or anything - but you may lose songs that were still being copied over (not form your computer, but from your iPod). You wait until the bar fills up completely and then disappears. It should go to the main menu then, so just wait until you see that. Otherwise, you could lose information or damage your ipod.
