What's the difference between an iPod Touch 4G and 3G?

I wanted to buy an iPod Touch case but the one I want is for the iPod Touch 3G and I have a 4G. Is there anything case-wise that's different between the two? Thank you.What's the difference between an iPod Touch 4G and 3G?

well a 4g has two cameras one on the front and one on the back. also u can change backgrounds and things like that without jail breaking it. and the 4g is newer so it has things like face time, game center and things like that and i say definitely go for the 4g.
The 4G is thinner. And it has a camera and 4G cases have a camera hole in the back and some in the front.
