what are the cons of jailbreaking an ipod touch 4g iso5 and how do you get free apps after you jailbreak is it safe? if there is a bug on my ipod or it does not work properly apple will replace it, if apples know that its jailbroken will they still fix the problem or replace it? ? is it legal to Jailbreak? What are the cons of jailbreaking an ipod touch 4g iso5?
The only thing jailbreaking a device does is gets you access to third party software that Apple doesn't approve of., it is legal but if you go through with it your warranty will be void unless you decide to restore via iTunes. If an Apple employer catches you with a jailbroken device, they will take it from you and delete anything that you downloaded that Apple does not allow. If you have issues you can simply restore in iTunes and re-jailbreak if you choose too. You can also get free apps by adding this Cydia repo: cydia.hackulo.us, install Installous 4.

Note: Getting free apps is illegal but jailbreaking is NOTWhat are the cons of jailbreaking an ipod touch 4g iso5?
You can go into safe mode when your device crashes from a tweak you've downloaded.

iBooks won't work unless you downloads , iBook fix 5.0.1 from cydia

Installous for 5.0.1 didn't have a reboot so it will give you the effect of everything got deleted " but just reboot it"

It's safe, just be aware of what you download.

Apple will not replace it if it's jailbroken. You need to restore with iTunes first, then they'll never know and you'll be okay. What are the cons of jailbreaking an ipod touch 4g iso5?
