Not sure what the data usages are - but I have a 4G verizon internet hotspot device - and have 4GB of usage each month.
If I were to play WoW on the card would it eat up my monthly allowed internet usage?

Yes. For online gaming I recommend wired. Not wireless. And if wireless, it should be unlimited.
