Out of that list, the Galaxy Nexus is probably the best phone on there, but only because it's more capable than any of the other devices listed from a hardware standpoint.

iPhone 4s or Galaxy S II
I own the GS2, and if you dont care about carying a HUGE phone than The galaxy Note and the nexus are the top ones.
