Should I use the touch until the battery goes down to 20% and then charge it, or always keep it at 100%? What is the best way to maximize the overall battery life of the ipod touch 4g?

I'd try to maximize the life of the battery by keeping it as much charged as you can at all times. My mom has me charge hers/upload on hers,and she uses it until it dies,and has me recharge it again,and she's not had any problems with battery power with it,but that's b/c when I have it and use it,I either keep it plugged in/charging until it's full,or don't let it die all the way.
